Meet Lee Jean, Founder of Omni English
Lee Jean is a startup founder and former English teacher who’s passionate about helping professionals in Japan communicate with confidence. With deep insights into the startup world, Lee has designed Omni English’s programs to equip founders, professionals, and public sector leaders with the English and soft skills they need to grow their business and lead on the global stage.
Originally from the U.S., Lee spent seven years teaching English in Vietnam before relocating to Japan. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and brings a diverse background in management, sales, and operations across the U.S. and Australia. Lee also gained hands-on experience with the startup accelerator Antler, where he learned how to build a company from the ground up. This rare combination of startup experience and language education makes him uniquely qualified to help founders in Japan succeed—especially when it comes to communicating their ideas with clarity and impact.
